Résidence Klein Oliphants Hoek has a NO SMOKING policy inside the building and in the bed- and bathrooms, according to the new South African Law. Smoking is possible on the veranda, patio, around the pool, in the garden or in a small separate ‘Cigar-lounge'/ wine room.

Guests expecting to arrive after 17.00 hrs on the date of arrival are kindly requested to call the guesthouse to inform them about the late arrival as the rooms are guaranteed till 17.00hrs.  

Our confirmation & cancellation policy:

We regret that it has become necessary to impose cancellation charges, any refunds on deposits are dependent on the ability to relet the room.

To confirm and secure your booking we require your Credit Card details to take a 50% deposit. Or you may send us a fax with the deposit slip of a 50% deposit of the booking value, with reference to date of arrival and name of booking and your telephone number.  

* Less than 3 days forfeit 100% of the booking value up to 3 nights.

* From 3 to 7 days forfeit the full deposit or 50% of accommodation value.

* From 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit or 37,5% of accommodation value.

* From 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of accommodation value.

* From 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit or 12,5% of accommodation value.

* All refunds is subject to a 4% Handling Fee
